Mischa is a Sr. Motion Graphic Designer and Team Lead with a BSc in Communication & Multimedia Design. He loves bold visual storytelling, clean animation, and creative freedom — preferably all at once. His work blends technical precision with a curiosity for what’s possible, and what could be done differently.
Outside of day-to-day work, he’s always experimenting — trying new techniques, setting creative challenges, and playing with AI to push ideas further. He doesn’t just follow trends; he tests them. As a team lead, he creates a space where ideas grow, people learn, and making mistakes is part of the process. Because that’s often where the good stuff starts.
